This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Hommic.com’s services, including but not limited to food delivery, custom software solutions, POS systems, and marketing support. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Any violation may result in suspension, termination, and legal action, including claims for damages.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any of our software, applications, or systems.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing our services or proprietary content without prior written consent.
• Using our services for fraudulent activities, unauthorized transactions, or deceptive practices.
• Misusing our software to manipulate transactions, falsify records, or engage in any unlawful financial activities.
• Accessing or attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without proper authorization.
• Deploying automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our platform without explicit permission.
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or harm the integrity, security, or performance of our network, software, or website.

2. Legal Consequences & Liability

• Any user found violating this Policy, especially engaging in reverse engineering, will be liable for civil and criminal action, including compensation claims for damages suffered by Hommic.com or its parent company, Auho Cloud Service Limited.
• We reserve the right to seek legal injunctions, fines, and compensation for financial losses resulting from violations.
• Unauthorized use of our software may result in immediate service termination without notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, software, and trademarks associated with Hommic.com are owned by Auho Cloud Service Limited.
• Users may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute any part of our software or services without explicit permission.
• Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be subject to legal prosecution and compensation claims.

4. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

• Hommic.com reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against any user suspected of violating this Policy.
• If you become aware of any violation, you must report it immediately to hello@hommic.co.uk.
• We may cooperate with legal authorities in investigating and prosecuting offenders.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any updates.
