1. General Delivery Policy
At Hommic.com, we are committed to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of food orders and packaging materials. This policy outlines the delivery process, estimated times, and responsibilities for our customers.


2. Food Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order placement. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or high demand.
  • Delivery Areas: We deliver within designated zones, which will be displayed on our platform. Orders outside of these zones may not be accepted or may have additional charges.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order value. Promotions and offers may affect the final delivery cost.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Non-Delivery: If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or failure to respond, the order may be marked as undelivered, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Modifications or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or refunded.

3. Packaging Materials Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders for packaging materials are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time for packaging materials is 5-7 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the order weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If packaging materials arrive damaged, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to request a replacement.
  • Returns & Refunds: Packaging materials can only be returned if they are defective. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

4. Order Tracking & Assistance

  • Customers will receive a tracking link (where applicable) to monitor their order status.

5. Changes to Delivery Policy
Hommic.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
