3. Merchant Subscription and Cancellation Policy

• Merchants subscribing to any of our service plans must provide 30 days' prior notice for cancellation.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Failure to provide the required notice may result in continued charges for the subsequent billing cycle.
• Hommic.com reserves the right to terminate any merchant's subscription for non-compliance with the terms.

4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and using our services.
• Comply with applicable food safety regulations and data protection laws.
• Use our software and POS systems only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our delivery and marketing systems.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All payments must be made as per the agreed billing terms.
• We reserve the right to change pricing structures with prior notice.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect data provided by users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under UK law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
• Users must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons.

• All software, branding, and marketing materials remain the property of Hommic  Limited.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our software and materials is prohibited.

9. Termination of Services

• We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms or illegal activities.
